These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cluck Norris website at clucknorris.app and the Cluck Norris mobile app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service is an educational platform (the “School of Crypto Hard Knocks”) plus a set of free on-chain research tools (e.g. the Token Autopsy, Wallet X-Ray, Wallet Safety Checkup, Transaction Trace, the Bags.fm launch feed) and premium operator tools (e.g. batch airdrop sender, buy-competition trackers, deep forensics) that unlock with small payments of the CLKN token.
Everything on Cluck Norris is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We don’t know your situation. Decisions to buy, sell, hold, or interact with any cryptocurrency, token, protocol, or wallet are yours alone. Do your own research. Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile — you can lose 100% of any capital you put in.
Tools like the Token Autopsy and Wallet X-Ray report on what is observable on-chain at the time of the query. They do not predict future performance, vouch for any project, or guarantee that any token, wallet, or contract is safe or unsafe. On-chain data can be misinterpreted; project actors can change their behavior at any time. Use the output as one input among many in your own decision.
The Service never takes custody of your funds, never holds your private keys, and never requires your seed phrase. You control your wallet at all times. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your keys, and every approval or transaction you sign.
Never share your seed phrase or private key. Not with us, not with anyone, not even with an interface that asks for it. If anyone claiming to be Cluck Norris asks for your seed phrase, they are not us.
CLKN is a cryptocurrency token on the Solana blockchain. It is used to unlock premium tools and to fund continued development of the Service. CLKN is not a security, not an investment contract, and is not offered or sold by us as such. CLKN has no guaranteed value, no promised returns, no dividends or revenue share, and may go to zero. Holding or using CLKN does not entitle you to any ownership, equity, profit, or governance right in any entity. The pricing of premium tools may change at any time.
Premium tools unlock by sending a specific small amount of CLKN to a known address. We verify the transaction on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public, permanent, and irreversible — if you send the wrong amount, the wrong asset, or to the wrong address, we cannot recover it. Always verify the address and amount before signing.
You may only use the Service if you are of legal age and legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including those relating to cryptocurrency, taxes, sanctions, and disclosure. If using the Service is illegal where you are, do not use it.

The Service uses third parties (e.g. Solana RPC providers, on-chain data providers such as Bags.fm and Solana Tracker, embedded tools like Jupiter, an AI provider). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Cluck Norris name, brand, and logo belong to us. The source code is open source under the license stated in the repository (currently MIT) and may be used in accordance with that license. Educational content, written materials, and artwork are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise noted.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant any outcome from using the educational content or the tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cluck Norris and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including any losses related to cryptocurrency you buy, sell, hold, or interact with based on anything you read or use here. You use the Service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including for violations of these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
