The Cluck Score in the panel above is our own 0–100 health rating for a Solana token — and we run it on CLKN itself and publish the result. Most projects won't show you a number they didn't get to pick.

It's a free tool — clucknorris.app/score — that scores any mint, not just ours. Six weighted factors roll into the final number and a letter grade:

• Liquidity (25%) — real exit liquidity, summed across every Solana pool, with a small bonus for being live on more than one DEX
• Holders (20%) — how many unique wallets actually hold it, anchored to industry bars (500 holders is Jupiter's verification minimum)
• Concentration (20%) — what the top 10 wallets control, judged honestly: LP, locks and program wallets routinely sit up there and aren't whale risk
• Mint authority (15%) — whether the creator can still print new supply (revoked = full marks)
• Freeze authority (10%) — whether the creator can still freeze your wallet (revoked = full marks)
• 24h volume (10%) — recent trading as a sign of a live market

Those roll up into a weighted score on a standard grading scale — A+ at 95, down to F below 60. A mid-range grade is normal and honest for a small-cap; what matters is the number is live, on-chain, and produced by the exact tool anyone can run on any token. We don't hide it, and we don't grade on a curve.

A whole product suite under one token. All deployed, all working in production:

• Premium operator tools paid in CLKN — an AI tutor extension, a batch airdrop sender (11 wallets — Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, OKX & more), two buy‑competition trackers (Buy Special and Rose) with multiple prize models, a score‑card generator, and a premium forensics tier (downstream‑dump tracing, wallet P&L, creator rap sheet, money‑flow). Every paid action is a unique‑decimal CLKN micropayment verified on‑chain — no wallet connect to pay.
• The Hatchery — a guided SPL token creator. It teaches every mint‑time decision (supply, metadata, mint/freeze authority) and deploys a real token, with metadata stored permanently on Arweave. It deliberately stops at liquidity — minting is not launching. Flat fee in SOL or CLKN.
• The Bags Hub + live community automation — a dedicated Bags.fm showcase with a live launches feed (newest · closest‑to‑bonding · recently graduated), plus an interactive Telegram bot (12 slash commands, including an in‑chat token score), automated "close to bonding" and "graduated" alerts on Bags tokens, and "Cluck's Lesson" — short educational lessons auto‑posted to Telegram and X several times a day.
• Ask Cluck — AI tutor, in the group chat — members reply to any "Cluck's Lesson" post in Telegram and our Claude‑powered bot answers the question right in‑chat, with threaded follow‑ups so it's a real back‑and‑forth. Open to everyone, 20 questions/user/day, and strictly educational: it declines buy/sell/price and off‑topic asks and ends every reply with a not‑financial‑advice line. It turns the passive lesson feed into a two‑way classroom without anyone leaving Telegram.

Not a roadmap. Not "coming soon." This is what's deployed and working as of this page load.

The product is built and shipping daily. Right now we're pointing that momentum at growth:

• A real push on Bags.fm. Cluck Norris launched on Bags, and we're leaning into it hard — a dedicated Bags Hub, a live launches feed, "close to bonding" and "graduated" alerts, and tools that read Bags natively (verified creators, royalty splits, bonding‑curve status). We also deliberately spotlight and support other strong Bags projects, not just our own — being a useful citizen of the ecosystem brings new eyes to Bags and to us at the same time.
• The Bags Hackathon. We're competing for one of the Bags hackathon spots. The deep Bags integration, the daily ship cadence, and a genuinely useful free tool suite are all aimed squarely at earning that recognition.
• Solana Foundation grant. We've submitted an application to the Solana Foundation for funding to support the project and accelerate the app's growth. Non‑dilutive support that goes straight into building, not into anyone's pocket.
• More CLKN‑gated utility on the way. The premium forensics tier is the first of several token‑gated tools in the pipeline. The pattern is intentional: every new utility gives CLKN another real reason to be held and used — utility first, speculation second. (We don't pre‑announce dates and this isn't a roadmap promise — it's the direction the daily builds keep pointing.)

Real engineering, not vibes:

• Frontend: React + Vite for the school; vanilla HTML + JS for the operator tool pages (faster iteration, smaller surface)
• Backend: Node.js + Express on Railway, MIT-licensed and open source
• AI: Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5 — fast and cheap enough to embed for free at 10 questions/day per user
• Solana data: Helius (DAS + enhanced txns), Solana Tracker (independent trade/holder/risk cross‑verification), DexScreener, Bubblemaps, Bags.fm API, Jupiter — all proxied server‑side so keys are never exposed
• Persistence: a Railway volume backs durable state (consumed‑payment signatures, the Bags graduation tracker, post schedulers) so nothing resets on a redeploy
• Image generation: @napi-rs/canvas with bundled Oswald typeface for the Cluck Score card
• Security: full hardening pass — per‑IP rate limiting on every API, RPC method allow‑listing, locked‑down admin/debug endpoints, replay‑proof on‑chain payment verification, output escaping (XSS) across all tool pages, plus HSTS / X‑Frame‑Options / X‑Content‑Type‑Options / Referrer‑Policy and vendored solana‑web3.js (same‑origin)
• No custody: Server never sees a private key. Every signing flow runs in the user's wallet extension.

📂 A note on the repo — straight talk: our GitHub was flagged and restricted by an automated system for an unusually high commit volume (we ship daily, sometimes many pushes an hour). We've tried to resolve it directly — multiple support tickets and a fair amount of back‑and‑forth, including one ticket that was closed with no explanation and another still open. On May 24 we sent GitHub a fresh message asking plainly why we're restricted and whether we're eligible to be reinstated. We're still waiting on a clear answer. What we haven't done is stop: we've built roughly half of this entire product since the restriction, deploying every single day through a separate pipeline. The code is MIT‑licensed and open source no matter how this resolves — if GitHub reinstates us we'll relink it here; if not, we already have a permanent new home ready to go. Want the code today? There are other crypto education projects. Other tokens with airdroppers. Other holder analyzers. Plenty of them. What we have that nobody else does is the community that built this in the first place.

• Started as a community, became a product. Cluck Norris didn't begin as a token launch — it grew from the FireChicken community on Bags.fm. People helping each other learn, calling out scams, sharing alpha. CLKN is the formal layer on top of what was already happening.
• Real humans answer real questions. Reach us on X (@FireChicken007) or in Telegram (@FireChicken007). There's someone there — not a chatbot, not a ticket system, not "we'll get back to you in 3 business days." Someone in the flock who's already been through what you're stuck on.
• The school is the community's voice. Every lesson, every Cluck quip, every Survival Simulator scenario was written by people who watched their friends get rugged and decided to do something about it. The DM scam scenario? Someone in the flock got that DM last week.
• First‑timers get answered. Stuck on the airdrop tool? Confused by a Phantom popup? Don't understand what a token account is? Ask. The bird is tough but the flock is patient. That's where most projects fail — they have docs but nobody's home to read them with you.
• This is the compound effect. Every person we help becomes someone who can help the next person. The school grows. The flock grows. The token grows. None of those happen at a rate a competitor can copy by reading the README.

An AI tutor without humans behind it is a manual. A token with a Discord nobody mods is just a chart. The community was part of this from day one — shaping it, supporting it, and growing with it.

Most token utilities are theater — governance you never use, staking that locks supply and forgets. CLKN works differently:

• The token is a key, not a vote. Every premium action is a CLKN micropayment that actually moves on‑chain. Continuous demand tied to product usage, not speculation.
• The free tier is a real funnel. Free education brings users in. Free token research keeps them coming back. The free tier is the marketing.
• The premium tier is real software. A batch airdropper, buy‑competition trackers, and a score‑card generator — tools that operators pay for elsewhere. We charge ~$0.01 to $0.06 per use in CLKN.
• The holder bonus is unforgeable. Rewarding real holders normally means a wallet‑connect — which is trivially faked. We do it from the payment instead. When you pay for any tool, we read your wallet's CLKN balance straight from that transaction, on‑chain. If you still hold 2M+ CLKN after paying, every unlock is stretched 5× — a 7‑day Buy Special pass becomes 35 days, one airdrop session becomes five, 20 AI‑tutor questions become 100. The payment proves you control the wallet; the post‑send balance proves you're genuinely holding, not just passing tokens through. Nothing to connect, nothing to spoof.
• The guardrails are the brand. First‑timers can't pay for a tool until they understand it. That's rare in crypto and judges/investors notice.
• The roadmap is short on words and long on commits. Open source and MIT-licensed — every claim on this page lives in the code. (Our GitHub is briefly suspended; see the repo note under "Under the Hood" — we'll share the code directly in the meantime.)

Most crypto education is quizzes. Quizzes test recognition. They don't test the decision — the part where you have $1,000, a DM in your inbox, a green candle, and three seconds to react.

The Survival Simulator gives you that decision. 135 hand‑written scenarios across four categories — each run draws 10 at random, so no two playthroughs are alike:

• DANGER (47) — friendly devs in DMs, dev wallet dumps, 900% APR honey‑pots, phishing impersonators, wallet drainers, address poisoning, lookalike domains, frozen exchanges, vesting unlock cliffs

You start with $1,000 simulated. Each choice has a real multiplier — disciplined, well‑researched calls grow your stake; reckless ones can wipe the round to near zero. Cluck explains every outcome in plain English. You lose money in the simulator so you don't lose it in real life.

This is the feature that separates the school from a glossary. The lessons teach you what a rug looks like. The simulator teaches you what it feels like to almost click the button, and then choose not to.

Look at our pricing table — most tools are 1–6¢ in USD terms. Some investors see that and ask "how is this ever real revenue?" Fair question. Here's the play:

• Aggressive pricing now is a growth choice. The cheaper the unlock, the lower the friction for first‑time users. We'd rather a stranger try the airdropper for $0.01 and tell their friends than charge $1 and never see them. Adoption beats early margin every time.
• Every tool use sends CLKN on‑chain. Not a "click to use" abstract — actual on‑chain volume tied to actual product activity. The more people use the tools, the more buy pressure on CLKN to refill their wallets.
• Fees are denominated in CLKN, not USD. Every tool has a fixed price set in CLKN tokens, not dollars — the airdropper, for example, unlocks for a flat 100 CLKN. That number lives in a small server‑side pricing table; it isn't pegged to a dollar amount and doesn't move when the market does. At today's price, 100 CLKN happens to be about $0.01. If the token doubles, that same 100‑CLKN unlock is worth $0.02 to the project — the buyer still pays the same 100 CLKN, the same on‑chain mechanism, but each use brings in double the USD. Fees scale with the token's price automatically; we don't have to change anything.
• If usage outpaces price, we adjust the table. Pricing lives in a server‑side table (TOOL_GRANTS in server.js) — a one‑line change updates every tool. If 100 CLKN starts feeling free because adoption took off, we raise it. Pricing is a dial we can turn — not a number frozen into a contract.
• This is the compound effect. Adoption → usage → on‑chain demand → price appreciation → automatic fee scaling → more revenue per use → reinvest in liquidity/locks/development → more credible product → more adoption.
• The token creator is its own tier. The Hatchery isn't a penny micropayment. It guides you through minting a real SPL token — the standard token format on Solana, the same kind every project on the network is built on — and getting the irreversible decisions right: supply, metadata, and revoking mint and freeze authority. It's a guided creator, not a launchpad: it deliberately stops at the mint and won't add liquidity or open trading for you. That's the point — minting and launching are two separate decisions, and rushing them together in one sitting is exactly how beginners get hurt. The Hatchery makes sure the token is created correctly; when and how to launch stays a deliberate choice you make later. Minting one token is a one-time, higher-value action, so it carries a flat fee (about 0.1 SOL, or the CLKN equivalent at a discount; free for 2M+ CLKN holders) — a real but fair price to create a token properly.

Most token utilities denominate fees in USD and just become more expensive in token terms as price moves. Ours flow the other way — token holders get cheaper relative access as the token they hold appreciates. That's the alignment.

We'd rather be aggressive now and adjust later than gatekeep early adopters out of the system. Brand recognition first. Margin later.

The project earns a 1% fee on every CLKN trade — and every cent of that SOL goes directly back into buying CLKN on the chart.

Not "we'll reinvest later." Not "we'll consider buybacks at $X market cap." Already happening, every day.

• No bag dumps. No surprise unlocks. No "team allocation rotated to a fresh wallet" patterns. The wallet has one direction: in.
• The effect is small right now because volume is small. Honest framing: we're not deploying thousands of SOL — we're deploying what the platform actually paid out. But it's 100% of what came in. The ratio doesn't get more aligned than that.
• As volume scales, the loop tightens. More trading → more fees → more buybacks → tighter price discovery → more confident traders → more trading. Compound, not promise.
• The next lever is liquidity depth. When volume reaches a level where buybacks alone meaningfully move the chart, we'll start routing a portion of fees into deepening the Meteora pool. Bigger sizes can trade without slippage, day‑traders get better fills, the community gets a more credible order book.

This is the kind of structural commitment that doesn't fit in a tokenomics graphic. You'd have to watch the wallet for a few weeks to see it. Anyone who does is welcome to.
